Every XP GRIND piece is made to order and sent directly from our fulfillment partners. This made-to-order model helps reduce waste and overproduction while allowing each order to be created specifically for you.
🕐 Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically require 2–5 business days for production before they ship. During new drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may run slightly longer.
📦 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship through standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and similar services chosen by our fulfillment partners. After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
U.S. orders: 3–6 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days
Please keep in mind that these delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
✈️ Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. From time to time, XP GRIND may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
🌎 International Orders
XP GRIND ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country’s local authorities.
❗️Lost or Delayed Packages
After an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or seems lost in transit, please contact us at iamcamx1010@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
