Because all XP GRIND items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details, sizing information, and variant selections carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you purchased, we want to make it right.
Please contact us at iamcamx1010@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once we review the issue, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is the best solution based on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started, since each item is created specifically for the customer who placed it. If you notice a mistake with your order, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it enters production.
